Have you ever thought about having a home built for you, and then after thinking about all of the overwhelming details decided not to? Let's be honest, building a home can be stressful. Its a lot to go through and many decisions have to be made. The best way to decide if you want to buy or build is to make a list of the pros and cons. When I build a house it takes around 3 months. If you need to move quicker than that you would be better off moving into an already built home. You typically will pay more for a brand new house, but its nice to know that everything is brand new. Or maybe you would rather buy a pre-owned home and save the money. Another pro of building is that you can choose a larger lot that is not in a subdivision if you so desire. There are trade offs to everything in life, and I believe making a list of the pros and cons will help you make the best decision for you!
